Blake's Pro Bass Fishing

A simple fishing rogue-like(ish) game with 16 catchable fish, 2 purchasable upgrades, custom animation, and dynamic music. This game was made for fun as a gift for my friend.

Fish: Perch, Largemouth, Pike, Smallmouth, Walleye, Chinook Salmon, Rainbow, Steelhead, Coho Salmon, Burbot, Lake Trout, Muskellunge, Lake Sturgeon, Coaster Brook Trout, ????

Notes:

Bait - Ups the value of the next fish, but it's lost if the fish bites and gets away

Line Upgrade(Permanent) - It takes fewer clicks to catch the fish

Reel Upgrade(Permanent) - Each click ups the value of the fish by a larger margin

Once you catch a fish it will show a scaled-up sprite of your fish, then you must click on it, afterwards the fish will be scaled down to make its assigned dimensions, and you must click on the fish itself again to continue fishing :)

Bugs: There is a known bug where instead of showing a fish after catching it, it will show the fishing rod sprite in the center of the screen with a value in the top left, just click on the rod like you would a fish, and then it will show your actual fish and gameplay can continue. New Game only works half of the time, so you are better off just restarting the program sorry -_-
